Objective

Through cross-sector collaboration and community leadership, we are co-creating a more inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive ecosystem of care supporting community-defined mental wellness for all.

About

With support from Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital’s Community Health Impact Fund, we are partnering with mental wellness service providers and 10 community-based organizations to adapt the Mental Design Institute’s What is Mental Health framework into community-based conversations exploring mental health processes and supports. These convos will be a launchpad for a pipeline of peer advocates who are hired and trained to spread this information throughout their social networks, and to connect their peers to self-care strategies and local supportive services.
