Vital CxNs, pronounced “connections”, was established in December 2020, born out of the urgent need for community-centered action during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our organization was founded to facilitate collaboration, enhance efficiencies, and discover synergies amongst existing resources and stakeholders.

A team of community organizers, medical professionals, and public health practitioners, we bridge gaps and forge partnerships across health and well-being, healthcare, community, and between individuals and institutions. Vital CxNs takes a grassroots approach to improving Boston’s community health ecosystem through tackling the city’s persistent and pervasive health inequities.

This course is designed to extend our knowledge and experiences to inspire and empower others to join us in expanding this work.
